I tried to make Bruster's ice cream at home one time. It was real, but it wasn't real good. Bruster's has been making ice cream for a long time, perfecting recipes and creating that special "Brusterness" that we all love.

Brusterness is not a real word. Neither is Brusterocity. I just made them up. You can use them if you want to describe how Bruster's combines farm-fresh milk and cream with giant chunks of real fruit, nuts, cookies and candies to make absolutely delicious ice cream.

If you do decide to use the words Brusterness or Brusterocity around your friends, say it with a smile, and be sure to treat yourself to your favorite flavor!
